I think that Tripti is Meera's sister. She might have abandoned the house and gotten an accident. she then got plastic surgery and to get back to her sisiter she wanted a connection. So she then bvecame Sahil's secreatry and fell in love woth him. So thourhg SAhil he can get room into Shantiniketan and see Meera again. thne she will become very good friends with her and finally let out her secret. I know this is wierd but it can always happen.
