She has manipulated the whole situation to create a rift between Ganga and Sahil. She is either not pregnant and staged the whole doctor drama or she is pregnant and Sahil is not the father and she is in a fix since she cant get an abortion. So she has arranged it to look like its Sahil's baby taking advantage of the fact that Sahil and Ganga were already having marital issues and were easy targets.

I think she is pregnant but it may possible that the father isn't sahil.

They can get a DNA test to find out if Sahil is father or not. Why was she always cornering Sahil and trying to talk to him? May be she got Sahil drunk or something and made him feel like he did it 😡. You know in Ekta's shows vamps can pay to get DNA test results changed. What do you think? 😆
