Karan says he had no chance to speak. Gautam's lawyer says there was no need for his witness. But the judge invites him to the witness box. He swears to speak the trutha and starts saying that…the truth is…But Gautam hesitant and anxious says it is a pack of lies. Karan calm and composed says that Gautam's behavious shows that truth is something different. He says Gautam is responsible for getting the kids kidnapped. Gautam rushes forward and catches holds of Karan's collar. With hymns in the background and balance swinging in either direction, there is exchange of words between them.
Karan says he learnt that the car in which the children were kidnapped was purchased by a Gautam V. Gautam says it was not him. Karan hopes that was the truth. But he keenly observed gautam and his activities after he learnt that. The kidnappers always called only gautam, never Saahil or him. After rescuing the kids, instead of going straight home, he hung around the place. He saw the kidnappers shake hands with gautam and give them some money. Karan records it on his mobile.
Gautam says he is being made a scapegoat. But inspector Jaadav also testifies against him. The kidnappers have also been caught. As the case proceeds Baa, Thulsi, Gayathri are all in tears.
Meera says that Gautam has used his own son as a pawn. Is he a responsible father? Gautam looses the cases. The judge also says that Saahil & Ganga can take action against Gautam if they so desire. Saahil of course refuses.
At home Damini is angry and sad. As Gautam walks in she gives him a cup of tea and taunts him. She says even if god had appeared before her and spoken against him, she would not have believed. Gautam says he was desperate to get his son back. Why didn't see support him. Damini says as a dutiful wife, she did give her counsel and asked him not to file the case. Gautam says if it was not for karan….., but damini says that the truth would have come out at some point. How can he blame Karan? Gautam says O yes, how can Karan ever be wrong ? that too in Damini's view? Damini says that they were atleast Nakul's Thaaya and Thaayi, but now they have been reduced to nothing. Gautam screams that he is Nakul's baap, not thaaya and stroms out.
Ganga is feeding nakul. Saahil thanks ganga and says that it is because of her prayers that they won. Ganga says it is because of Saahil's love for his family. She suddeenly remembers that she had recommended that Nakul be given to Gautam and asks Saahil to forgive her. They are happy saying that Ganga cannot be separated from Saahil and they are incomplete without each other,
Thulsi is with Damini enquiring about Gautam. Damini asks her if she can forgive gautam. Thulsi says its difficult. The kids were so frightened. Damini says but you are the mother. Thulsi says that has further increased her responsibilities. Gautam comes in at that moment and says if she can't forgive, he will take his share of the property and leave. Thulsi stares at him. Gautam continues that if he is around, she would kill him just as she killed Ansh. Thulsi is enraged and is about to slap him. Gautam says when hatredness reaches the root of the heart it is better to get separated. He just wants his rights. Thulsi says he has not been responsible. The family and business have remained united and will continue to do so.
Weeping she goes to Baa. Thulsi asks, as children grow older, is it too much to expect them to return the love that has been showered on them. Time and again she opposes her children. Ansh is no more, Shobha does not want to speak to her, Harsh is still angry with her and now its Gautam? What wrong has she done? Can't they understand that she will now break down? Probably when is older there will be nobody with her. She will be lonely, very lonely…she cries again on Baa's shoulder.
