HELP ME PLEEEEASE!!

Can somebody please help me????? i'm kinda confused about whats gonna happen and stuff....... i watched up to the part where tulsi is sent to jail fur 3 yrs.

karan and nandini gets married and so does abhisekh and shobha but before the marriage tulsi finds out that abhishek is involved with vishal's murder. she hears rathi talking to abhishek on the phone(they were talking about if abhisekh doesn't do anything to set rathi free from jail he will tell everyone that he is involve in all of this too.) as soon as tulsi hers this is she shocked she confronts rathi about it and ask her if it's true he doesn't say anyhting. he then informs abhiske that tulsi knows the truth now. tulsi calls shobha and asks her to come see her because she has something important to tell her. (this is also thesameday where they have the mehndi ceremony)shobha goes to jail, tulsi tells her everything she knew, shobha cancels the wedding but then payal talks to her and tells her that her mom is probably mistaken abhishek can never do such thing because he treats vishal like his brother. so yah shobha marries abhisshek, both wedding are at the same day. Because of payal powers tulsi was allowed to attend the wedding. at wedding tulsi arrives and shobha sees her she wanted to go talk to her mom but then payal stops her and tell her that her mom is here because of karan and nandini not because of her.

after 3 months shobha gives birth to a baby boy and it ends there. this up to where i have seen it.

however, if you will read the updates in this forum you'll see that nandini gives birth to a baby girl and then she goes in to coma because the doctor gave her to much anesthisia (weird) the doctors are not sure when she get back into her senses. the whole decides that karan should marry tanya so that someone can take care of nandini's daughter. karan refuses but he is forced to so he does marry tanya.
