Gauri as Nandini in Kyunki… is loved more then Tulsi today. It's shocking that Shilpa Saklani got the award — she is not at all convincing as Ganga.
Woh Ganga toh just wears layers of makeup and pretty sarees and says, "Jee maa, you are right maa, you are the best maa." This decision is totally biased and wrong. Bahut naa insaafi hai yeh."

We were all yawning watching boring performances by Ronit and Rohit Roy. After watching a very irritating skit by Rakshanda Khan, I wanted to tell the lady to stop trying so hard. And finally, the absence of the biggest stars and star couples made the show really, really thanda."

i totally agree with her.gauri deserves the award.and the show was very boring only best part was hiten winning best actor award.

She is the DEEMED successor of Tulsi, and had a VERY important role until she was taken for Kkusum 😡

no one said that ganga has a role ganga did have a role when she was the first woman who was tulsi's bahu but now she is playing ther lead tole in kkusum so obviously she will not be able to come in kyunki and it's abt 1 year or more she only used a shock image.

i think nandani did deserve the award bcoz she has a big role these dayz but im ok wid ganga to but i would have perfered nandani

aww so sad gauri deserved the award but shilpa sahklani isnt that bad either but still gauri deserves it more.

I for one disagree with this article. First of all this Mrs. Sharma is definitely NOT a journalist.... you can tell by the style of her writing... very UNprofessional... completely biased... not even the faintest acknowledgement of the other side... seems like a personal submission printed (as Midday is notorious for doing)... That all being said....

If I'm not mistaken ITA awards are based on the performence of actors in the PREVIOUS year... (usually how these TV awards work...) and last year Ganga aka Shilpa played a substantial role in Kyunki. I am not saying Nandani didn't have an important role either... both are very talented actresses... but it's just lately we are not seeing mucho f Ganga... last year on which this award is based and even few months ago Ganga was frequently to be seen and carried herself well on teh screen with a convincing performance.

I do think Nandani is a very capable actress and had the awards been based on this year than Nandani hands down deserves it (though I'm sorry but she compares no where near Tulsi in acting in my opinion mainly because Tulsi appears more experienced and convincing...) however based on last year Shilpa.... whenever she is around as Ganga... always manages to making a noteworthy performance as a sweet, loving bahu and person overall... Kudos to her for that... She deserves it in my opinion😊
