A very boring episode in which nothing much happened.
Baa says that Thulsi and Savitha are two ends of a string. The kids are pearls of the string. She says that Thulsi is going through a tough time. She asks Savitha to support her and keep the garland in tact. Savitha accuses Baa of always supporting Thulsi. She agrees that if Baa wants karan to stay in that house, he can do so without causing any more trouble.
At the hospital the doctors announce that Mohini has recouped and can be discharged. Savitha and Harsh are elated. Mohini is afraid of karan and is hesitant in re-entering Shanthinikethan. But Savitha encourages her and immediately on arriving announces that she plans to get Harsh and Mohini married within 15 days. Thulsi says that the family is still in mourning and even Mihir isn't around. Savitha says that Mihir wanted them to get married and he will bless the couple from wherever he is. Savitha has a few more words with Mohini making her feel at home.
Damini & Ganga look at a tensed Thulsi. They think that they would have done the same thing if they were in Thulsi's shoes. Ganga hopes that Mihir comes back soon as he would be a pillar for strength to Thulsi. But Damini says that it is better that he is not around as he would support Mohini and Thulsi would feel all the more betrayed.
Mohini teases harsh in such a way that his anger on Karan and Thulsi intensifies. She says that they can postpone the marriage if he is afraid of Karan, after all he is a brother. But Harsh says that he isn't afraid of anyone and its now a zidd to get married to her at the earliest.
At the police station investigations are in full swing. Fingerprints are compared and its confirmed that it belongs to Thulsi. But the officer incharge wants the investigation to be more thorough so that after arresting Thulsi she isn't released again. He asks one of the juniors to find out more about the direction of the bullet, the speed at which it might have hit the victim and the distance from which it was fired.
Damini is alone with Thulsi and ask her to stop the marriage of Mohini and Harsh. Thulsi begins to say that she also does not want their marriage to take place and they fall silent on seeing Harsh. Thulsi says that she wants karan and nandini also married. But its been such a short time after Ansh's death and the time isn't right. But Harsh instigated by Mohini says that by then Mohini will have to face many dangers. Karan would try to do more harm. When Mohini had suggested that Thulsi does not want them to get married, he had disbelieved her; He had attempted to take his own life when Thulsi suggested that he live without her. But she does not seem to be concerned if he is alive or dead. He says that he cannot postpone their marriage for Thulsi
