Mihir explains in Shanthiniketan that Gujral is not the chiarman legally and they can still challenge them. His sons are all very happy and they say that now they need to go his new product launch party and humiliate him. Thulsi cautions them asking them not to count their chickens before they are hatched. By then Meera calls up Mihir telling him that she has secured the stay order. Everybody is happy.
Meera is outside the court and feels happy that she has given an answer to Gujral who insulted her feelings and also is pleased that she was able to help Mihir.
The Viranis are all decked and go to the party. An associate of gujral invites them and extends hospitability. Gujral is enjoying himself and answering questions from the press. He welcomes the family with a "here comes the losers". The sons are all enraged and want to answer back, but Thulsi suggest that they wait for Mihir and good citizens don't fight with baddies. Gujral says that either the Viranis have become very tough skinned or enjoy being humiliated by him.
He occupies the center stage and announces that he is introducing a new brand of whisky called "Knock out" deviating from the goody goody business of Viranis. Mihir walks in and hands over the stay orders of the court. Adithya offers him the new product. Mihir responds that Adithya will need it himself. Adithya looks at the court orders and asks one of his assistants to get him a file. He being the chairman has been registered by the registrar of companies and filed in court too. So the stay orders are useless. Viranis are crestfallen. Mihir wordlessly leaves the Dias. Adithya comments that Mihir was really knocked out.
Gujral ask people to enjoy the party and there is a dance by a troupe of girls.
Mihir and Thulsi move to a corner and examine the papers produced by Gujral. Mihir says that the business is gone and even the house would the following day. Thulsi says that whatever a man loses he shoud never lose hope for tomorrow. Confidence and courage are most essential for victory.
Gujral asks Damini to dance with him. Gautam arrives there and takes her away. He then looks at Ganga and says that she would do too.
As they move around, Karan and Adithya come face to face. Adithya asks him to get the divorce papers ready, as nandini will leave with Gujral henceforth in Shanthiniketan as the widow of Ansh. A waiter gets drinks and Karan helps himself. He then says that he would quitely get everything back from Gujral and he would not even know about it. Adithya challenges that Bhoomi would be with him within 24 hours. Karan in a fit of anger breaks a bottle and points it at Adithya's throat and says that he will cut him into bits. All photographers capture the scene. Karan screams that Nandini is his wife and Bhoomi his daughter. Nandini drags Karan away.
She takes him to a corner and asks him the reason for screaming and behaving abdly. He says it was to prove that he loved her, bhoomi was his daughter, whether Nandini accepted it or not and he can do anything to safe guard his family. He leaves. A girl asks nandini to wear a mask at the party. Nandini initially refuses. But the girl insists and Nandini accepts one.
Tomorrow: Mohini tells Sejal that she is sure that one of the family members is surely involved in the murder.
