I don't think she develops any feelings but she is ok in his presence.
I guess after this she runs away from home and stays with Annie.
But I could be wrong. Mystic knows better.

Amla will go and call Dev from PCO then Abeer will search for her...this trip is about that but may be i m wrong

After this we will get the trip with Annie and after that she will run away to stay with Annie

Nope. Amala isn't falling for A beer, and neither in the scene has she accepted him ! This might be that PCO scene as brawna said, and if it is that scene, then Amala isn't okay with abeer's presence yet! ,:) but Abeer is deeply fallen.
