well i dont think nimmo will get dat operation done!! after all she is hoping dat she gets pregnant with kunal's child so that she can lead the rest of her life with the sole aim of raising the baby and taking care of the baby, seeing kunal in him/her!!!

I may be totally off balance here but I think Nimmo agreed to do an insmination...where a baby is created with the father's sperm inserted into the mother's egg. Maybe that's how they want to create the baby, but I'm probably wrong.
