1. Gauri's mom gets up at 8:30 and come downstairs. She sees Gauri crying. Gauri goes to bring her tea. Gauri's mom and dad are sad. Her dad asks her mom that what is she thinking. She says there is nothing left to think as their daughter has come back home like this. Dad says that they did what they could but now they should accept it as god's will. Her mom cries on her dad's shoulder.
2. Pratham in his office working on pc. Ajay chacha comes and asks himn that what is he doing so early in the office. Pratham says he has some work to do. Chacha says keep up the spirit and leaves. Pratham gets a call form the lawyer's secretary. She reminds him about his meeting. Pratham asks her to cancel the meeting as he does not want to file the divorce. Secretary asks her to meet lawyer in person coz he will then not be available after 3 months. Pratham recalls bad times between him and Gauri and the sad song plays.
3. Raj (the inspector i guess) tells Gauri about a lawyer who is very good in divorce cases. They show a court and two lawyers. One is Rahul (Varun Badola) and the other lawyer is a bit senior person. Rahul has won the case from the woman's side. The other lawyer congratulate him and warn him that he will win the next case.
Pratham meets the senior lawyer. He tells him that he is confused and needs some time. Lawyer tells him to take his time as he has not filed the case yet and has just submitted the copy of terms and conditions.
4. Gauri is thinking about either to or not to file the case against Pratham. She gets a post. reads it and says that she is confused about the case and Pratham does not even care. She decides to file the case against Pratham.
5. Gauri meets Rahul. He tells her that he has work load and can not take her case. She refers to raj. Rahul takes his file to examine and sees the other lawyer's name and takes the case. She tells Rahul that she wants a simple divorce and does not want to degarde Pratham. At the other hand Pratham tells his lawyer that he wants a simple divorce as he does not want to redicule his family.
6. The two lawyers talk on phone. Rahul tells him that he has taken gauri's case and this time he will again defeat him. The other lawyer tells him that he will not lose and will do anything to win the case. The other lawyer calls his secretary and asks him to write a notice for Gauri from Pratham. Secretary tells the lawyer that the points he is asking her to write are not valid and Pratham will not accept it. Lawyer tells her to write it and he will take Pratham signs on this notice.
7. Gauri's and Pratham's parents talk about stoping them both from taking divorce. Babu ji says that Pratham and Gauri are immature ones and that the elders should do something.
8. Gauri opbjects on the points that Rahul has added in the legal notice to Pratham from Gauri. Rahul shows her the notice from Pratham. Gauri says Pratham can not do this. Rahul tells her to fight against Pratham or else they will become weak. Gauri recalls her last days at Mital's house and then the post she received at home.
9. Pratham reads the notice. It says things like Pratham tortured Gauri physically and that he was the reason behind Gauri's miscarriage. He says that when Gauri has left him the bear and the Pic, he thought gauri loves him but now he came to know that she never loved him and his family. He recalls the bad times with Gauri. Yash comes and asks Pratham to go to the party with him. Pratham refuses to go and says he is not feeling like going. But Yash tells him that if he does not go then he will not go as well. Pratham tells him to wait outside for him and so that he can change. Yash goes out of the room. The old Pratham music plays and Pratham throws away the notice
