Why does kareena hate preeta so much?

Today I was watching some old episodes I realised that kareena was just being so insulting towards preeta what is the reason behind that? . Is it just because she is not rich or is it only because of sherlyn planning and plotting.

Can anyone tell me why she is so hateful towards preeta?

Because Preeta is "middle-class ladki". All middle-class girls are very cunning and greedy. All of them are dreaming about innocent rich boys. That is why her Rishabh and Karan should be saved from them😆

This is what Kareena thinks. No reason for hatred. Just lack of love and kindness.
