First of all I doubt whether Siya will hv a Miscarriage 😕 ...Mayb she will get a pain and some small Hungama might happen

Because if Siya suffers from a Miscarriage then after that she can divorce Sharman and move ahead in life sinse the reason for being with Sharman will get over with the Miscarriage 😉 ,and that can't happen 😃 ..thats why I feel this Miscarriage will not take place and the Promo is just to confuse the Audience 😉 😃
