And Well Kumkum never asked Sumit to marry her,Sumit herself Dragged Kumkum to the Mandap and married her;So it was Sumit's fault and not Kumkum's ..And well its very easy to say why Kumkum didn't give Divorce to Sumit if she knew that Renuka loves him;First of all that time Kumkum was pregnent with Jatin's child and she was not in a position to take decisions herself and if she was really selfish then she would hv divorced Sumit thus separating Jatin's unborn Child from the entire Wadhwa Family ..But she accepted and carried on her Marriage with Sumit for the happiness and well-being of the Entire Wadhwa Family and later on of course Sumit-Kumkum too fell in love with each other
