How? When?

I mean they never showed any part where we could have ANY suspecting thoughts about the two having extramarital relationship...
I just don't get it... Siya is meant to be a good girl from a good background and good upbringing.... So how come she got pregnant?

Well obviously Dhruv is the father of the child

Siya had a one night stand with Dhruv when he was drunk and confessed his love for her

this was before the characters got changed
