If Kumkum walks out of the house with Antara and Om. Dhruv goes behind in search of them. Seeing no Dhruv around and with the hungama at the wedding hall if Sharman marries Siya. Dhruv returns with Antara, Om and kumkum.

All will be shattered with the twist and turns in their life. Antara turns negative now, seeing this all Kumkum will be shattered to see Dhruv, Siya, Sharman and Neeti's life destroyed in one go. With Sumit already completely against her and accussing her and with noone on her side, this could well be Kumkum turning mentally ill of seeing her family which she kept united together completey destroyed by her.

The Kumkum Sumit fight needs an end, the only way that is possible if one of them loses senses. Otherwise they would not be an end to the fight.

The way the episode ended it more or less looks like a Sumit's ultimatum to Kumkum.
