It was a strong kasam, emotionally taken. but doubt Kumkum would break it. She may break it if the kid is kidnapped, hurt or Antara's condition worsens.

Or may be the child just moves out of sight and Kumkum searching him frantically.

Already today dadi said that as if there is a relation between Kumkum and the child and Sumit was in jitters.

Maybe at that time Kumkum or Sumit may say that the child is Dhruv's.
