No Bail for Sumit??

Isn't Su eligible for a bail? Can't any other lawyer get him out on bail for the time being? Or does Su have to languish in jail..wait till KK gives her exams..gets the results..and only then can she apply for his bail?

But then..on the other hand, even if he is out on bail..I'd prefer he does NOT return to Wadhwa house. Not yet..certainly not until he is proved completely innocent and everyone knows what he did..for whom he did..why he did.

yea, if he is proved innocent i also dont want him to go back to wadhwa house.. though i think that after he is proved innocent nivi will also be exposed so i think he'll go back to wadhwa house and probably sukk will think of a way for nivi to also suffer.. 😛

at the end of the day no one will stop him from entering wh, its his house and he has full right to stay there

well i don't want him to be bailed outt.. then he has to go to wadhva house, cause where else his gonna go.. this is the journey where kk is gonna find clues while sumit is in jail..

i agree.........i want him to enter with full acceptance and with everyones full trust in him.......when hes innocent, even he wont feel guilty for entering his own house........i hoe kumkum wears the mangalsutra as well.....naina

hi su will get bail soon but he will not be able to enter wh until he is proved that he is right. i hope all these happen as fast as possible.

The court cud not give him bail because he accepted his crime nd told everyone he dod it so they can't give him bail. If he in court sed he didn't do anything then maybe they wud have given him bail plus he alsi didnt want a lawyer so hu cud hav applied nd got him bail. I dnt think kk will apply for bail she will only fight the case and win it

^^ That explains the situation to a large extent.. But then, when KK herself requested the judge for a fair hearing for Su.. so its only fair, that they apply for bail for him.

In KK's case..she too was accused of murder, with all proof against her.. yet she got bail, and thats why she can fight Su's case today.

But in any case..from the way it went today.. sure seems like Su spent around 2 months in jail.. So ab bail ho, naa ho..kya fark padta hai?!
