Kumkum gives Sumit his medicines and slowly he recovers. Neeti gives Sharman the work of distributing pamphlets for which she pays him. Sumit and Kumkum return home and Sumit says that he wants to celebrate Diwali, but the family is a little against the idea as Sharman is not home but Kumkum convinces them..

I dont think, the promo means to convey that Sumeet is alright. Maybe, they missed out a scene where he gets his attack and pain again.. Kumkum might have been beside him, helped him to take his medicine... So this line might just mean that he recovers after the attack suffered!!! 😭

How can Sumeet get well without the operation? I dont think so... I think what i have written above must have happened!!!
