Kumkum Brain tumour

Guys Can you tell me how and when kumkum had Brain Tumour and How Sumit came to know about it. And was her brain tumour operated. I know too many questions but during which time this story was going on?

it was when kk was pregnant, she fainted in the house n was taken 2 hospital, doc told her she has brain tumour lekin kk said nt 2 tell ne1

kk met a friend hu was also doctor..and kept going with him 4 treatment, su thought she liked him n was having affair

su gt into lil accident(or sutin) and was in hospital, he was going 2 tlk 2 kk friend and overheard their convo bout kk having brain tumor, thatz hw su found out, tht tym was very upsetting 4 us all!

and yes she finally had an operation which was successful, this was all during the time tht Abha was there, as kk waned abha and su 2 gt married in case nethin happened 2 her
