How does kumkum know?

In today's episode they showed when kumkum listens dhruv's walkman she listened everything..and when it's over kumkum said "Antara"..how does she know that she was antara???? i don't understand how she knows???? i mean she just listened her voice and she has not seen antara yet....

i wuz thinking the same thing....i don't remember anything that says
Kumkum knows of a antara unless i've missed smg or maybe its like a
background story that will be told later.
