Hello Everyone!
The camera zooms in at the Name plate outside a palatial house… The Wadhwa House. As the camera makes its way towards the house… the door opens and a sense of familiarity hits u straight away. Kumkum's voice over takes us through the changes of the house. The colour of the walls have changed giving it a more lavish and a contemporary look…. But the warmth of the Wadhwa family still retains its presence in the coziness of the family.
You see dada and dadi arguing with eachother while an youngster is doing his best to fuel the argument further. Dada is fine now, but still remains on a wheelchair, while dadi just has a few more grey hair. The camera takes a keener look at the youngster and he is Sharman Wadhwa. Sharman, looks everybit a spoilt brat with mischief swimming in his eye and dripping from his smile. He is enjoying the scene of his great grandparents having a cute fight taking sides at his convenience.
Just then u see a familiar hand with jingling bangles twist Sharman's ears. The voice which belongs undoubtedly to the lady of the house checks Sharman and asks him to help out with the work as there is so much to be done. Sharman defends saying he wouldn't do it as he is 'Sharman Wadhawa'! U hear the lady ask him "aur main kaun hoon?"
Sharman wincing in pain says "MA. Kumkum Wadhawa." Kumkum says good now that he knows she better see him doing some work and helping out with the preparation else he has had it. Kumkum goes away without showing her face.
The camera shifts to the Kitchen. Veena and Sukanya are busy with work when Sharman enters and starts searching for something. Sukanya says it is good that they are having a puja in the house coz if Sharman could have it his way they would have had a party instead. The preparation are coz Dhruv is returning from US after a long time.
Sharman seems to be scanning the entire kitchen, when Veena asks him what is that he is looking for. Sharman says Ma told him to help out and that is what he is doing. He sweet talks his dadi to give him the sweet that she has hidden. Again u see Kumkum enter the kitchen telling Sharman that dadi hasn't hidden the sweets(Peda) but she has coz it is meant for dhruv. Sharman sulks while Kumkum tells bua that she will make the halwa as Dhurv likes her cooking. Saying this Kumkum leaves… the face still not shown. Sharman complains if Siya Bhabhi was there she would have given it to him. veena tells him not to call her babhi as teh talks are still going on. Sharman says he is sure Dhruv will agree.
Just then an agitated Aashika comes into the kitchen to complain about Sharman's pranks. Apparently she had to solve dada and dadi's fight with Sharman created. Sharman is disappointed and coz of her his 'Creative Ideas' to create a rift between Dada and Dadi went down the drain. Sharman crips about the fact how different his twin is… only to met by Veena siding Aashika. Aashika tells veena that she has decided to make a career in modeling and Sharman breaks into a uncontrollable laughter. He dismisses it saying she will harbor the thought of modeling fro 2 months before she gets confused again. Aashika frowns at him…these twins are at logger heads with eachother all the time. Aashika looks everybit the protected, pampered kid of the Wadhwa family… she adds to the freshness of the wadhwa family by portraying a trendy youngster.
The next scene shifts to the garden of the Wadhwa house… someone is under a car repairing it. u see Kumkum's walking up to the cars her anklets jingle in a rhythm with everystep she takes… hearing her foot steps, the person under the car slides out. It just had to Sumeet flashing his bright smile at the thought of his wife around. He slide out and hugs her from behind… Kumkum turns around. The beautiful doe eyes twinkling with happiness and big red Bindi on her forehead which completes her looks leaves u enchanted by the beauty and grace of the beautiful Kumkum Wadhwa. She still has the same impact on her husband who doesn't seem to leave any chance he gets to romance his lovely wife.
Kumkum seems to put away Sumeet coz he has grease smeared all over him. She reminds him he a dad of 3. An eternal romantic Sumeet replies how should that effect him and hugs her… in the process rubbing off the grease on him onto her cheeks. Kumkum asks him what is doing here. Sumeet replies he is getting the old car ready coz now that Dhruv will come he will take his car (which is a red convertible) Kumkum looks at him and asks he never let Sharman even touch the car when the poor guy pleaded him for 2 whol;e years. Sumeet says it is Dhruv's car and will remain Dhruv's. Kumkum asks Sumeet "kyun Sharman tumhara beta nahi hai". Much to Kumkum's amusement "Nahi. Sharman tumhara beta hai, aur Dhruv mera" comes Sumeet's answer. Sumeet hugs her once again much to Kumkum annoyance coz now she will have to have bath again.
Inside the house u see a pretty girl looking after the decorations that has to be finished before Dhruv's arrival. Accidentally a basket of rose petals fall over her and u get to see her face. She is Siya, Siya Garewal. Sumeet and Kumkum enter the house and are impressed with the decorations. Siya sees Kumkum's face smeared with grease and asks her how it happened. Kumkum embarrassed says she had gone to the Garage and it must have happened there all the while Sumeet tried his best to hide his evil grin. Sumeet teases siya about her glowing face for which she brushes off him by saying "kya uncle"
Sumeet reminds her that he has asked her to call her papa. She shies away saying they haven't even spoken to Dhruv about it. Sumeet promises that he will talk to him and Kumkum is sure that he will agree after which they will bring her to the house forever. Sumeet asks her about her dad, his friend Aditya Garewal. She says he is on his way here. Sharman comes there and teases Siya even more only to get Siya go after him to give him a nice trashing.
Sumeet gets ready and comes out while even Aditya Garewal comes and he seems to have a packet in his hand, Sumeet asks him what is that, for which he says it for Dhruv. Sumeet teases him for buttering his to be son in law. Aditya says he has to and more over Sharman gave him this idea. Sharman comes there and says it is very necessary to setup everything so that the plan goes on smooth. Sharman carelessly declares that in 3 years he will set up a bigger business than what his dad strived for all these year and for which he will do 'setting' that is required. Sumeet clearly annoyed by Sharman goes to give a nice trashing when his cell begins to ring. Sharman escapes his dad's wrath by diverting his attention towards the call. Sumeet picks it up and is shocked.
Later u see sharman go to Kumkum who is ready for her Son's home coming after so many years. He sadly mentions Dhruv's name on hearing dhruv's name Kumkum gets hyper. Unable to say more he tells her to come out and see for herself.
An anxious Kumkum comes out to see swollen and sad faces of her entire family. She asks Sumeet for the reason. Sumeet says that Dhruv called up he will be coming only after 2 weeks. A visibly disappointed Kumkum trying to maintain her composure says that is ok, when they have waited for so long another 2 weeks wont make any difference. She is almost chocking at her words when Sharman goes upto her and say "Ma, Jab bhaiya nahi arahe tho kya mein Pede kasakta hoon" Kumkum simply bewildered by Sharman brushes him off scolding for being so insensitive and hurries to her room to conceal her disappointment.
She is in her room crying… when an pair of hands touch her shoulder. Kumkum says "sharaman yahan Sumeet ja tu… mujhe aur pareshan math kar". "MA" comes a soft voice and Kumkum springs to her feet and turns around to find Dhruv standing in front of him. She is so overwhelmed by joy when she realizes he has been fooling her. She acts as if she is angry to which Dhruv says he did that only to see the happiness on her face which is seeing now. Kumkum is still not convinced and Dhruv goes down on his knees holding his ears saying sorry. Kumkum kisses his forehead and she can never get upset with him. She hugs him and asks him how he is doing, he is perfectly fine. Kumkum asks him "waise yeh plan tha kiska" for which dhruv replies with a smile "Aur kiska hosakta hai ma"
Kumkum wants to whack sharman for his prank. Dadaji alerts Sharman to run as Kumkum is coming after him. Sharman hides behind Sumeet and Sumeet assure his brat that he shouldn't worry papa will handle it. Kumkum comes and Sumeet tries to makes her understand but when he sees her anger he just moves away giving up Sharman.
Kumkum wants to know why Sharman did so… for which Sharman says he didn't do anything it was all Papa's idea. Sumeet stammers it wasn't his idea it was all Sharman's plan.
Dhruv smiling at his mom dealing with his younger brother he goes to talk to siya. And Siya is a bit upset coz he met her the last. He apologies for which she says he will forgiven if he comes with her to the same place they used to go. "To eat Kulfi?" asks Dhruv and siya is pleasantly surprised that he remembers everything.
The attention shifts back to Sumeet-Kumkum and Sharaman. Sharman finally accepts it was his plan and he had to do it coz she was not allowing him to eat pedas. Kumkum cant believe that he did all this for sweet… just when she is about his twist his ears once again he carries her and runs so not allowing her to beat him. Sumeet and Dhruv join him and they carry Kumkum together and toss her up in the air and she lands in Sumeet's arms.
The title track on the back ground reflects the happy reunion of the Wadhwa Family.

It is a scene where Sharman makes everyone feed Dhruv Pedas much to Dhruv's horror. Dhruv gets back at him at the same time by asking everyone to feed his darling younger bro.
