Hello Everyone!
Howz is everyone doing? Not very good I suppose considering today was the last day before the leap. A lot of you must be feeling sad, but I am feeling Happy. (Don't kill me…) I really enjoyed today's episode and surely will watch it after the leap aswell. I was thinking that today's episode will be sad and make me cry at the end of it. Well, it made me cry… in fact made me cry a lot, but out of joy. For once I saw Sumeet and Kumkum so blissfully happy in their world which is complete with Dhruv, Sharman and Aashka. Sumeet's heartfelt Thanks to Kumkum for everything was a beautiful moment.😳 👏
When Sumeet and Kumkum got married and started off their lives together as an audience I did have anxious moments about the fate of their relationship. Would Kumkum ever forgive sumeet for his implusive decision of getting married to her, will their marriage just be a compromise or will they ever fall in love. And when they did fall in love, a lot of twists and turns left u feeling insecure about the couple. U always knew that Sumeet and Kumkum are meant to be together, but there has always been a sense of insecurity that they might lose eachother. But today's episode just sealed that insecurity FOREVER. The ultimate truth is "Sumeet hai tho Kumkum hai, aur Kumkum hai to Sumeet". PERIOD!
Kumkum's take on the future was beautifully portrayed especially when she says "agar waqt ne aur imtehan liye tho bhi parwa nahi kyun mere sath mere parivar hai, mere bache hain, mera Sumeet hai" That is the confidence she has on Sumeet and Herself. And she simply won me over when she said she will look forward to the audience to join her in the next journey towards destinations dreamt… u really don't have the heart to turn her hope down.
But what really is making me look forward to the leap is the new promo. Anyone who has any doubts regarding the magic of Sumeet and Kumkum after the leap should watch the promo. The Magic is just intact… infact I see more of it now. Their love for eachother has only grown manifolds. 😳The way I see it is, their love for eachother has grown with their kids.
Sumeet and Kumkum has lived and given it their all for every relationship that they have shared together, to begin with as Friends, then as Devar-Bhabhi, as Beta-Bahu, then as Pati-Patni now it is time to look at their relationship they share as parents of their 3 kids. Any relationship can be broken off but a relation they share as parents can never be broken coz there is a life as a proof of that relationship. Sumeet and Kumkum have just been elevated to a real new high in their relationship. I find this relationship a lot more complete than any other relationship they have shared. So it is not such a bad thing that Sumeet and Kumkum will be parents now.
The promos just made me fall in love with the serial all over again.. .it looks fresh and beautiful. The dialogues and the photographs used to capture the passing of time is a work of art. It is a CLASSIC Piece👏👏👏. "Dhoop chauv ka ek safar jo shuru hua hathon mein hath lekar. Zindagi ne de dastak(Dhruv peeps from between them) aur teen Rangoon mein ranggaye humari zindagi. Nanein kadamoon se tirak ute apni yeh zindagi. Bachon ke sang hum bhi bache bangaye… aur dekhte dekhte wo bade. Sabkuch badal gaya lekin jo nahi badla tho wo hai pyar aur apnapan" The best snaps are Dhruv's close up, Sumeet and Sharman's victory snap and kumkum combing aashka's hair. (I will miss the young dhruv a lot…. He is such a darling, I hope we get to see him in flashbacks)
I do understand that it is difficult to see Sumeet & Kumkum in a elderly role… but trust me guys, they look anything but elder. They still look as young as they are. Kumkum still looks the breathtaking eternal beauty that she is and Sumeet look every bit the Dashing and Handsome heartthrob he is. Sumeet-Kumkum are absolute romantics, there romance will never go out of their relationship. Who knows may be there will a plenty of scene of the young Sumeet-kumkum in the form flashbacks. That should be some console.
And moreover don't u all trust Hussain and Juhi's acting abilities? They will do justice to the role of Sumeet and Kumkum. It is Sumeet and Kumkum's life which is taking a time leap and not Hussain and Juhi's.
I am really sorry if this post sounds like a lecture. I just wanted to make u all smile and wanted u all to feel positive about leap. I think we are a win-win situation, we have Kumkum re-telecast on Star Utsav so we wont be missing Sumeet- Kumkum's earlier days.
Come on guys… it isnt that bad… cheer up and get set to support Sumeet and Kumkum's new journey. The show has managed to create and maintain a 'Pyara sa Bhandan' with its audience I really hope it isnt broken. We should treasure the memories of the past and look forward for a new begining ahead... that is Life. I surely am going to watch the leap and I am pretty excited about it too after initial apprehensions. I simply adore Sumeet and Kumkum and their age wont affect me… ideally IT SHOULDN'T!
