1.If Karan is Jatin than does su n kks marriage automatically become illegal??

2.Will kk have to by law return to being jatins wife?

3.Will veena manage to emotionally blackmail kk to leave su and return to Jatin?

how i will become illegal as jatin has dead and sumit married to kumkum as he was proved that time that he was dead and now he comes back and says jatin after 5 year how kumkum go near jatin she has faced many problems after jatin dead she forgot how to live but after sumit made her to live in some circumtances sumit married kumkum then by his love she forgot her past and started her new life with sumit and feel in love wth him as such that she dies without him now jatin comes and ask her to go near jatin is not fair she is not a doll that how where want her she has to go her him she has feeling so she should be with present she should forget past she should leave present life with sumit
why she should go to jatin she should be with sumit only
even the marriage will be cancelled if the person is dead

Even if the marriage is illegal by law by the return of the first husband still kk cant be with jatin bec of this as now she has learnt to live with su who had done many sacrifices for her which she is aware of and how can she forget her present to live a past , this wd be awful and disgusting, even if these are the conditions then the proper way wd be she take a divorce frm jatin or jatin himself identify tht he has no right over kk now and let kk live with su which is mos tidentical.

Even if sukk s is illegal by law, than jatin and kk's marriage is annuled because jatin left her 5 years ago and she did not hear a thing from him, no phone call, noe email, nothing. if a husband/wife is gone and we do not hear a thing from them for years, then the marriage is automatically annuled. Of course kk thought jatin was dead, but still he came back after 5 years when she was happily married. it wont be right of kk to go back to jatin.

k and su marriage is not illegal as jatin was dead at that time and even if he was alive he didn't returned to his family for so many years so by law also jatin is no more kk husband as she married to sumit.
