t is the dearth of exciting roles coupled with production houses preferring to launch new faces that come sans any baggage of their previous work, which forces once-upon-a-time popular actors and actresses to wait in their wings for the right opportunity to return with a bang. The process might take time but they certainly know how to make it an extra-ordinary affair when they return. Media like always, keeps sniffing on the buzz of their probable comeback and serve the viewers with speculations, thereby exciting them and giving them hope to see their favourite actors sizzle the TV screens all over again. Indya lists out some of the most popular faces, who waited for long to make a comeback and have elated their fans with their return.

Sayantani Ghosh: The hot and sexy actress kept a low profile for atleast three to four months after her supernatural show Naagin was pulled off air. Reason being, that the actors were promised a sequel to it and in a hope to repeat the history of success and fame, the protagonist Sayantani had to wait. The sequel never happened and the actress took up cameo roles and participated in reality shows and award functions to remain in sight. Ghosh is finally doing a full-fledged role in Imagine's upcoming show Rakt Sambandh.
