Although kumkum hates sumit's dad for insultin her dad. She is still wearing the bangle yasho had given when she cooked for the family for the first time. She does still thinks she is a part of Sumit's family whether she agrees or not

I guess later in the climax this question of why KK is still wearing that bangle will b raised by Sumit and KK and will hv no answer for it😳..

It could b a blooper also by the creatives😆..but if its shown deliberately then of course it means that Dil se KK still considers Sumit's family like her own family😳
