The blood relation Aliya keeps talking about... What is it actually?

Here Rhea, who is Prachi's twin sister, they shared mother's womb for 9 long months.. she tried to hurt her numerous times, and now almost killed her. Aliya too.. isn't she Prachi's own aunt? How can she do this to her own blood relation?

And then there's Shahana, who even cries if Prachi cries. Prachi is literally Shahana's life even though they're not closely blood related. She always tries to get Pranbir grow closer because she knows they're just a match made in heaven. And always showered Prachi with unconditional love. I really felt sad seeing Shahana cry like that for Prachi. And I loved how Ranbir consoled her. I want Aryaan to pacify her. She needs support.
