We know for a fact that if Ranbir proposes now she'll think it's for fun or that he is misunderstanding friendship to be love and then only she will probably start seeing everything from that angle and start falling for him as well. It is gonna be hurtful for Ranbir when she reacts like that but I can't think of any other way her character would react

Yeah I guess it is about time prachi gets an inkling at least of ranbir's feelings for her. Maybe only then their story will move forward, but at the same time I find it interesting how prachi isn't showing even attraction for ranbir, as it makes things harder to predict.

Yeah, she is shown as a strong,fierce female lead which I like. In one of the episodes she had mentioned to shahna that she doesn't understand love and when she doesn't understand it why would she fall in love. So yeah,she needs to be okay with having a man figure in her life considering how she never had that all her life and for now Ranbir and abhi are the ones in her life. She trusts both of them so that in itself is a start. She knows there is a sense of security when it comes to Ranbir and that he'd have her back no matter what and she'd too. The character arc is good
