Abhi had questioned Pragya and when she did not tell the truth, he had sent her out. Ok, by now he knows that she sometimes keeps her mouth shut in front of Taalya (he had seen enough to raise his suspicion, they threatening Pragya once in the room and Tanu catching hold of her hand when she tried to stop Abhi from signing). Well suppose the writers had shown him acting like this in front of others, but in the room having monologues that he knows it is Pragya but she is hiding something, so must investigate it without her knowledge, all this could have had a nice twist. But even after 3 years the writers showing Abhi not able to recognise his wife is really too much. At least he has one difference to make him confirm this, when they were alone together, as Munni she did not allow him to come close but as PRagya she had no inhibitions at all to him getting close, so cannot he think of this and why she reacted so much when he gave her the dolls, how can Munni know about it or if she had known it must be Taalya who would have told her.

What's a big deal? as per writers Abhi will recognize his Fuggi by her touch & feel even if she is hidden in a big crowd and even if she undergoes a plastic surgery on her face..so let cvs make him figure out on his own ..😃 (anyhow Munni got suddenly hospitalized so that double role truth exposure is kept pending by writers for some more time and also to reduce burden on Sriti having to work over time playing two distinct characters)

Of course Disha will tell him about his feelings because she knows who Pragya is😆. She and Purab acted as a marwari couple to get the papers back, just like Pragya is acting like Munni. So she knows it's Pragya. They're all in this together, lol. So they're going to stick together. To cover their guilt for hiding things from Abhi they'll all try to explain away that she's his wife. Pusha still do not know Munni and Pragya swapped places. When Munni was in mm and got pusha married, no one wondered about her accent or suspect.
