Even if Abhi wants to punish Tanu, the writers will not allow him to do so. After the first kidnapping itself Tanu came to know that Abhi loves his Fuggi dearly but in spite of that, she created the pregnancy drama and even had the nerve to live in MM with this lie going against Dadi, Pragya and Purab who all knew her truth. She became strong with Nikhil even in the absence of Aalya. And during ML track, Abhi even not remembering who Pragya is, started loving her once again on his own in spite of being emotionally blackmailed into marriage with Tanu. Even then Tanu went on with her plotting, mainly to kill Pragya. It has all been three years and we have seen enough of her atrocities and she had been punished only lightly. Now, she has the nerve to once again plot with Aalya for Abhi, even after Abhi throwing them out knowing their complete truth.

I think kicking her out of his life and house was the punishment. He said was considerate because Aliya and Tanu were women. I wish he knew takhil were behind Pragya's and his kidnapping. Then he might have involved the police maybe.

Yup. He knows they failed his brakes. So attempted murder right there. He knows Tanu tried to make him take the responsibility for her child with Nikhil. So she can be sued big time. H knows they tried killing Pragya right now. So suspected murder. And these are just THREE of the many things he knows Taaliyah have done.

I was very happy Abhi sent them out the house but is that enough.

1) MMS he gave Alia a chance.
2) Bride swap he wanted to kick her out but Dadi and Prags stopped him.
3) When he knew she tried to destroy him he got her arrested.
4) when he knew she planned Bulbul's accident he wanted to call the cops but pragya sent her on a trip to Australia.
5) After that again, now he knew the truth. He kicked her out, he gave police complaint, I want it to be even more strict. I know they are living a poor life but this is not enough.

For now, I am happy Abhi threw them out of the house which Pragya and the whole team couldn't for many many months.

Actually Pragz has thrown Alia out three times now, including getting her arrested. Purab got Tanu arrested when she tried seducing drunk ML Abhi. And she exposed Raj Bhaiya, who is no longer a negative character for the time being. And got Vijay the decorator out. Just not counted *shrugs*

Whatever this track will be about, each track is one year it seems. So hopefully, we get some answers during this one year.

Tanu actually hardly got any punishment in KKB till now, except for writers showing her missing out on becoming Mrs.Rockstar few times. But Aliya got kicked many times from MM earlier by Abhi and Pragya with even Dadi supporting them, and once Pragya even got her trapped with proofs against property case that has got her jailed, but she got out on bail with some friends help within few days as it was a civil case. 🤔

Aliya didn't change or even suffer but continued plotting crimes sitting outside and Abhi very much knows about it. His car brake failure Lonavala accident and prior to that Doctors daughter plus Pragya's kidnap are proofs of how cruel Taaliyakhil can get. So kicking out Taaliya from MM can't be termed as punishment. He knows pretty well their hand is in his and Pragya's kidnapping and contract killer hiring like others in family. And with all bad experiences and current grievance of losing Pragya from his life, Abhi also very well knows that Taaliya won't sit quite outside MM and he is aware that Nikhil is on hide out. So we need to see what's actually going on in his mind. 😕

Writers are anyhow fascinated with 'NO evidences against villains for proving any criminal charges legally' as they are desperate to retain them in the show with good screen space.
