There is possibly one reason... Naagin 2 couldn't get TRP on Sunday because of IPL final is also telecasted in Sunday night... I think they got huge drop in impressions in Sunday episode...Due to this drop in impressions YRKKH also beats Naagin 2 in Week 20...
Yes IPL is one major reason for drop in Naagin 2 ratings and even in next weeks BARC list it may show a drop as finals happened on this Sunday, 21st May which gets included in week 21 TRPs. But I also happen to read that during last 4-5 weeks Naagin's new plot got derailed from its core track and audience isn't finding new episodes interesting to watch, but there is possibility to pick up during its finale weeks telecast as show is coming to an end soon.
