Good evening girls, Praveen bhai and Vrish!!!!
I am speechless, spell bound and extremely shaken after watching today's episode. I cannot write a review on the whole episode but here are some of my thoughts.
First off, I am extremely saddened to see some posts talking about how Pragya being careless and dragging Abhi into danger. I understand the strong emotions we feel in context to Abhi and/or Pragya. From my standpoint, nothing can be more far from the truth as this conclusion. Let us examine this more clinically and take the emotions out of the equation and look at it from a different perspective. Let's say that there is a registered sex offender ( S,O )on our street and all of our girls, women and children are amply warned and are aware of this person. And lets say the SO's child is seen choking on his porch and a teenager ( TN 1 ) walks to help the child and the SO holds her hostage in the house. TN 2 finds out about this and tries to rescue TN 1 but gets trapped in the house as well. Should we then blame TN 1 for a) trying to help the child in distress without first checking with her parents or neighbors ? b) now also putting TN 2 in danger, because TN 1 is in danger? How dare TN 1 to be in danger when she knows fully well that TN 2 will follow her and try to rescue her friend and consequently putting herself in danger? If this argument sounds ludicrous, well that is what it is supposed to beš²Shouldn't we blame the SO in this whole fiasco for actually committing the crime and not the victims for their acts of good intention? Let us give the blame where it is due, to both the witches in their livesš”
Secondly, I also do not accept the belief floating around that Abhi would be better off, living a life filled with happiness, success in career, safe and danger free if he is away from Pragya and that Pragya is the root cause of all of his troublesš¤¢I am so sad to even write this hypothetically today. Aliya being a true psychopath will never let him live a peaceful life filled with love and happiness if he is not doing everything to her bidding. And I can't even imagine a life with the witch after witnessing how ugly these two are. I see these two as the ugliest people in this whole show. They can go to any lengths with anything be it Pragya, Abhi or anybody for what they want. Just see what they have said about Abhi " nothing happens to him in 5 min"šš¤¢. Would any one of us want even a little mishap to befall our loved ones? Would we ever want our loved ones to " suffer just a little " ? Thank goodness he has Pragya, for him to experience pure, unadulterated, unconditional love, almost that of a mother to a child. She would suffer immensely, but can't see him suffering even one bit. The way she was insisting him to leave while she herself was in the end stages of her own life and the tenderness with which she wiped away his tears even as she was losing consciousnessā¢ļøš left me absolutely speechless.
It was absolutely chilling for me to watch the evil trios' excited anticipation of Pragya's death, wanting to watch her dying process in close quarters with a glass of champagneš¤¢. I am no stranger to death and the dying process, but I was stupefied to hear those words and watch those scenes and had an intensely visceral reaction to that. Whoever the director or writer who conceptualized those utterly sadistic scenes and words should be censored and people around him or her should be rightfully frightened and be extremely careful. š²
And now coming to the most important part of the episode. Abhi absolutely loves Pragya. He wants his Fuggy's image in his eyes ( remind you of something? Kidnap track before Neel fires ), and Fuggy in his arms before he dies, him hugging her for life and kissing her forehead. If they die, they will die together. She remained his best friend in this life time and she will be his in their next life. I don't understand most of what he said today ( somebody please interpret for me ), he said he remembers her, her name, their fights and reconciliation, he wants to make her dreams come true. He refused to give her to Purab even as he himself is stumbling to walk. Finally his hand on her head as she lay sleeping next to him is the final clincher for meā¤ļø. This gesture from my hubby tells me that he is there for me when I am hurting, no words, just silence and this small gesture says volumes. Shabbir, Sriti's acting as Abhi, Pragya in today's episode is stunningā¤ļø today. Can't get any better than that. I am hopeful the writer/ director who came up with such sensitivity can't be the same who wrote the above.
My heart is so full after watching today's episode. Today's is the first authentic episode I am watching since the ML track started. I hope the story moves forward and doesn't keep spinning its wheels after today. I can't go back to seeing the witch anymoreš”ā¢ļø I can't say anything more except this:
ABHI LOVES PRAGYA. Koi Shak? Mujhe to nahinš
