Pragya is feeling disgusted talking about P and P.
This is the same reaction I feel when I see this crap.

How dare these cvs show a disgusting twist and than show the same character feel disgusted by it.

Just to give some screen space to Vin they came up with this pathetic idea 🤢. Earlier when p&p were misunderstood things were different they didn't share bro sis relation but now it's horrible
