Abhi told Aakash that he loves Tanu because she loves money remember during Aakash's wedding.In his pov Tanu was super model and she had money and she loved money but not a gold digger but Pragya was a middle class girl who uses her tactics to trap wealthy men so she was a gold digger.

Yes, money may be his ideology:)! Being money minded doesn't necessarily mean someone is a gold digger. Trying to marry a man or men just for their money and leave them later is a gd. Tanu said everything Abhi owns is hers. Which will be true, but it doesn't mean she's marrying him for money. Just greedy. Very ironical too!

They've never shown Abhi thinking about wedding and relationships properly. I mean he was never a kind of guy who believed in such things. Earlier, he used to think that he and Tanu will make a classy couple. Other than that I really don't remember if he talked about what does he expects from his life partner. This time he just wants to save their image and status. And this is the only reason he gives.

Yes, Abhi was very money minded before in the revenge marriage days!! He didn't believe in love but wrote and sold songs on love. Pragya changed him. In this track, he's a bit money minded, but not like before.
