Did Kumkum has much powers??

Today I was just walking over my terrace I heard an old classic Tamil song (Kunguma potin mangalam) which means Suhaat of Kumkum or Kumkum's mangal.
I wonder that really kumkum has a power.
I know for a married woman kumkum and Mangalsutra is really sacred and they respect that alot and I personally saw how it means alot to them apart from this Is Really kumkum and Mangalsutra have the power to save Husband from death. As in KKB Pragya's Kumkum saved Abhi from that horrible accident.
Like in real Kumkum has such powers.
How Kumkum ll save Husband's life??
I'm really thinking about this over 4 hours did really kumkum has such powers??

I'm not sure if kumkum or mangalsutra have any special powers by themselves.😆 Mangalsutra itself means sacred bond between husband and wife, right? And kumkum for a married woman takes a special meaning because she wears it on her husband's name. With the wife's love for her husband, belief and faith in the bond/relationship they share, then it can be very powerful. Like Pragya has total faith in that bond and her love for Abhi is deep, so I'd say her love and faith protects him.

Sri, the show is too dramatic about all this. In real life, many will respect the tradition, but I doubt if they'll think kumkum/MS are like some weapons. I know in my family people talk about "thali balam" - strength of MS, but I'm not too traditional about my KK/MS.🤔 Just my opinion. It's each person's belief. 😛

Exactly it's each person's belief. I don't think so it has powers like weapons.

Our culture is heavy on symbols and superstitions. Hence they show symbols exaggerated. It sells.

Marriages and relationships are beyond these symbols.

Exactly all depends on destiny.I don't think these symbols ll change the destiny!!
