My reaction after watching the scene where Abhi ties MS on Pragya was 'What the hell are these two people doing? Abhi shouldn't tie on Pragz without the intention of marrying her. Why is Pragya not pushing him away?'. But then this thought came to my mind.

If I convince myself that its okay for him to tie MS without meaning it because he doesn't have wrong intentions, wouldn't it be ironical? Like expecting a wife to stop husband from tying MS on her neck telling its okay for a boss to tie MS on a secretary. He may not value MS but he certainly knows that what it means to tie MS on a girl's neck.

Abhi valued what Tanu's mom about MS shopping. He accepted her statement about the groom and bride going to buy MS. So I guess, even though he doesn't believe in traditions/rituals, he doesn't disrespect them. Also he wouldn't be okay with Aliya/Tanu's guy friend tying MS on their neck for trying it on I think.

My questions

1. Should Pragya have stopped him from tying MS forcefully since he didnt hear her NO?

2. Is Abhi faking ML and playing everyone? 😉

I didnt like tat scene a single bit Nivz..

Abhi definitely knws wat a MS value is.. he respects the tradition tats why he agreed to go for MS shopping respecting EV's Mom. And I definitely didnt like him doing all the tying stuff.. And Pragya should have opposed a bit more.. but i dnt think it would have made a difference.

I also said this yesterday.. I have a feeling tat he got it back n is faking n doing things purposefully.

1) No, IMO she need not stop. Why should she?
Because he is marrying Tanu?

Does she consider it? No.
Actually why should she consider it?

He told her clearly he doesn't want to marry her but marrying her for image.

2) Is he faking? No!

His mind voice about doctor has him address her as Nikita.
I wish he is faking.

Nive - out of topic but I feel Pragya can say No to shopping more stubbornly.
I hated D saying how can you say No to Abhi 😡

On the whole what I am saying about Pragya is say no to what she doesn't want and keep quiet when she like 😛

If Abhi is faking then;

- why will he wonder as to why Sarla aunty is so melodramatic and why she is putting Nikitha's hand in mine like she is uniting two separated lovers?

- why will he believe Nikitha is ever pregnant and even if so why will he probe her to reveal babies fathers name and gets upset that his friend did not share about pregnancy or boyfriend with him earlier?

-why will he be silent when Sarla went all hyper and slapped Nikitha before all and when she was also blaming him for not supporting her daughter?

-why will he wonder aloud that who can be behind defaming Nikitha? why will he not doubt Taaliya directly?

Only seed of doubt that comes to my mind is - may be the doctor has already met or spoken to Abhi and revealed about Taaliya after she runs away from her house the previous day itself. She seems to have mislead Aliya to believe she left Mumbai on vacation for two weeks to safeguard herself where as she is very much in Mumbai as visible for a while to Tanu in the same jewellery shop.

I also wish he is faking though I can't find any logical reasons for him to fake. Because once he gets his memory, I couldn't think of him having Taliya near him or let Pragz in dangerous situations. But still I wish because I like to see villains being played.

And no, I don't think it's out of topic as this post is abput tying MS so going to MS shopping is related to it too. I agree with you in disliking Daadi's dialogue part. 'How can you/we say No to Abhi?' was nonsense. Abhi is not a god and its not like he should never be told 'No'.

P.S, Our writers are unique that they make husband tying MS on wife's neck scene in a twisted and controversial way.

Tell me about it. I hate it when Pragya is made to treat him like god. If she wants to do something for him, let her.

Like if she feels how can I say no to Abhi, I will go to shopping. - I have no issues.
If Dadi/ Maa say how can you say no or you can't stay with him - I feel like saying Shut up.

Agree it's wrong even in the case of friends/best friends. Maybe they thought it would please us. Mujhe yeh lollipop nahi chahiye. I am not Pragya to be happy with what little I get. Abhigya MS tying scene should have much more meaning.

Your answer to the second question! I hope your antenna is receiving right signals and the small feeling starts growing further. 😛

Because my head spins on the first option ..

I acknowledge only Abhi has ML not Pragya .. She has fair understanding of her feelings and her wife status .. And on the top She held his hand and tried to stop because she is aware he has ML..What else she has to do ?? to push him away and slap for doing that ??

I already wrote this in another thread about Abhi not knowing value of tying MS around gal's neck .. Just repeating here since you also mentioned about his probable reactions on seeing same happening with Aliyah or Tanu would not justify his current actions

Lets say Aliyah has a boss with whom she is romantically inclined but did not express and the boss is doing same as Abhi ..Taking her every where except rest room and insists to tail her every where .. Proposed her holding her face and took it back saying he practiced on her .. And he is all touchy in public places , sharing coffee , lassi .. pulling her dupatta to clean his mouth and wiping her lips with bear fingers ..Grab her to his room to choose clothes to for shopping .. And he even tied MS around her neck just to see if it good on his fiancee .. And he declares to the world that he is going to marry another gal not Aliyah .. Would Abhi ever be OK with Aliyah's boss ?? Would he boost Aliyah's boss for being great friend ??

I bet Abhi would beat him into batter and file a case to take advantage of his sister ..

@ Bold : exactly... during the start of the show its a different thing. n now after all this time wen Abhigya have gone through a lott they r showing this tying MS in a crappiest way wer Abhi is abt to marry EV but ties MS on Pragya to check weather it will suite EV. WHAT IS THAT. Even after all this time they r showing MS as it belongs to Pragya but they went there to buy tat for EV .

Atleast after 3 years i want them to show things like they belng to ABHIGYA n only ABHIGYA n dnt involve a 3rd wheel.

@ Italics: Well these days my Antenna is getting only few signals. and so far the signals turned out to be the right ones. 😆

Actually there's no signs of Abhi faking from Abhi's monologues /actions as you pointed out. It was just my silly hope. 😆

The possibility of doctor meeting Abhi seems interesting though. If the writers wish, they can show through FB like they do often.
