Do Mehras know what a secretary is? - Page 2

Rishu I expect it because he is her employer. He and Aaliya shouldn't be using "you're the secretary" as the reason for her to do things when the real reason is Abhi consider her his best friend and is dependent on her. The employer has a responsibility to maintain distance...else they are setting themselves up for disaster if the employee ever turns around and demands more than expected!

Abhi should take Pragya off his payroll. She'll do the same work for free so let him find a name for that!

And Aaliya...well. I'm pretty sure she's just being mean because she can. She probably knows what a secretary is and is enjoying seeing Pragya in that role. Still, it was a dumb line of dialogue for the writers to give her.

Even Pragya keeps saying that she didn't come back to mm as Secretary but Abhi's wife.

Yup Anu.. that's what I meant. When Abhi is expected to and willing to figure out why someone should blame Pragya of pregnancy... and Pragya would like him to believe her and held her out too... Abhi is only expecting her to help him choose a MS.

Also he has called her a friend and well wisher, so more reason for him or the Mehras to expect more from Pragya.. even if they don't consider her bahu.

Just because she can refuse doesn't mean it is ok for them to ask.

Btw, Mina.. Pragya has been long upgraded from a secretary to friend/well wisher/adviser.. I don't know if Abhi needs to pay her for that too!😲 I don't think Pragya would expect to get paid for that!

And Pragya has happily accepted those extra roles too!

She ordered because she cares for him and knows what's best for him. He asked her to come with him because he knows she knows what's best for him.

Why should it be ditched? She wants to be paid too as far as Abhi knows. She is in deep financial trouble. She has a family to support. She needs a job and she wasn't getting it somewhere else. It's hard to give money to friends just like that. Friends may not accept.
