Hi LA! I really don't think the show is on its way to its demise, and even if it were it would have easier ways of doing it than trying to get the audience to stop watching. Other than that I found your earlier thoughts really interesting! And yes you're quite right, writers probably didn't intend 90% of what we're seeing. But we see what we need to make it all make sense to us, and there's always more meaning in any text than the author ever intended ;)

Abhi's lines about women always wanting to resolve things through fighting, lets go home and put this issue to bed - all typical social script for husband-wife fights. Seems very aimed at pleasing TRP viewers.

Something glitched again and epi started again from the beginning...which reminds me about how unsettled I am to see Abhi pull out his phone to dial while driving...of course that's normal and practical but it's actually not allowed here, so I keep thinking of how irresponsible it is to show that on TV, as people may not realize how unsafe that is 😳
