Shabz was linked to a couple of other girls too. But he wasn't seen with them much or anything. With Kanchi he was openly partying and all.. So that's why I feel he knew she was the one when he met her.
Rest must have been just rumours or relations that didn't go far.
He has had his Casanova image due to Rishi and then he is fun with everyone on sets na.. So rumours were easy flowing.:-)

In some IVs he would say he is not like Rishi in real
Life hahaa!
