The mighty RS gets the taste of his own medicine. Here we go :
Episode opens with Abhi dragging Pragya and yelling at her. Yesterday, I gave him permission to yell at her, but some of the things he said burned meā¢ļø. " You are nothing to me", " we speak a few times and you think we are friends"š”š¤¢. It is absolute nonsense that somebody who wants ( presumably ) to be close to someone and wants to be in their good books can say such things even if they are insanely mad. What does that statement mean? Is he just putting up a facade of being nice to her? If so, why is he doing that ?
Pragya sobbing loudly is rather wierd for me to watch, she is always composed. Mind you, I am not complaining. We got to see hopping mad Pragya who lets her anger pointedly directed towards Abhiš. I was waiting to see this since the beginning of timeš. He feels bad, comes to her and asks her not to cry a few timesāļø. And the volcano erupts, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Pragya is menacing with her waving finger in his face. She repeatedly says she is not at fault. Tbh, girlie, you ARE at fault. You did not keep possession of this precious music that you are supposed to keep safely and let the music be switched. I like how you are yelling at Abhi, but poor guy, this time he is not at fault completelyš¤. Or is it his words that stung you? That I can understand. Abhi meanwhile digs his hole deepš, he gives a idiotic analogy with chor, says sorry, keeps count of the number and reminds her that she is lucky to have the great RS apologize and then says that she should have known what was on the CD. She almost leaps on him with all of these utterances. His face is a must seeš¤£. He meekly and gallantly offers her dupatta to wipe her tears and even admits he is at faultš²Guys, I am positive, we have imposters taking the place of Abhi, Pragya or some naughty trouble - maker spirits ( like a bhoot and bhootni ) have taken over our Abhi, Pragyaš. She gives it back to him, he is no longer RS # 1, if she is not fan #1. Instead he is khadoos #1š¤£ and our RS is thoroughly offended by this. Her lines here are amazing, the ones Mina mentioned above. I fell off the couch laughing, when she says she will play bhajans in order not to listen to his voice. Fair enough. Her yelling at his poster is hilarious.
Poor guy, Purab is in the path of this hurricane and he gets yelled at tooš for saying sorryš³. Purab visualizing Pragya really being on Abhi's head is too funnyš¤£
Meanwhile Abhi at Arora house beating her to go and complain about her to Arora ladies. This is just like what my child would do when she goes out with hubby and they fight, she runs into the house from the garage ahead of him to complain to me and brag to him that " she telled on him " as if , if she tells me first, she is right and that I will side with her.šArora ladies switched sides towards their damaad, because he came first to them or is it because she called him khadoos? š Either way, this is simply too cute. He asks her to keep quiet, and sit. He threatens to hit her with a chair and a tableI shouldn't like this, but I like this fight. I like how he says these things through gritted teeth to herā¤ļø. Somehow there is an endearing quality to this. Does he use this mannerism with others or is it just with her ? May be this tone he only uses with her and so we only see it with her. I am sure I will be thoroughly annoyed if somebody speaks this way to me but with Abhi, Pragya, it is kind of cute. Does that make me a whacko? The way she interrupts him to ask, " but your car is not there", " how are you here, when you are supposed to be at the event", " talk to me ", just too adorable. Abhi doesn't miss a beat despite her interruptions and narrates everything to Arora ladies. He is especially offended by the khadoos wala statementš. Yes, Fatima, RS Daadi indeed called her Pragya in front of Abhi, no brain explosion that we could see or hear. What does he want? " A Thai massage"š¤£ Besharam Abhi realizes what he has said in front of the elderly ladies. He calls Janaki amma, a darling. Abhi turned on his RS charm on these ladies today, full blastāļø. Pragya won't say sorry. Abhi is shocked at her ego. Poor guy, I felt bad for him today, a teeny bit , when he got blasted by her. OK, Pragya, be careful with that waving finger, don't you remember your RS is annoyed by that finger, he will bite it off one of these daysš
I loved the episode, I think this scenario would have been so satisfying if they are a couple in every sense especially after the Lonavala episodesā¤ļøI can imagine so many of these kind of fights between them. What to do, we have to make do with this for now. Shabir, Sriti were amazing with their quick back and forthš, it seems so natural. The lines were adorable and hilarious at the same time.
Funtastic episode overall. What did we do to deserve these episodes? Are we being compensated for putting up with the previous crap track or are we being baited for some crap that is yet to come?My evil mind won't restš.
