so a random stranger helped pragya to look for abhi and take him to the hospital...will this aunty become an important part later on in the ml track...I was surprised that it was not purab that came in time and both he and pragya would have been the ones to find abhi and take him to the hospital..

Don't think she will be important later. Purab wasn't there to show how Pragya handled all this alone maybe.

That's how it is usually in accident situations. Someone helps you and leaves. I got into an accident once when my car was broadsided on my side. Somehow I survived. There were no pedestrians when that happened. A lady came from nowhere, made sure I was ok, I thanked her, she left.

Purab was far away in Mumbai. Pragya was nearby. I don't think they should have wasted more time in making Purab find Pragya and delay Abhi being taken to the hospital.
The lady seemed sincere and a great human being. Glad to see good people in KB like that. She sincerely prayed for AbhiGya too. So I assume her role was being this angel for AbhiGya.
