Pragya is travelling in car to the nearby temple. She sees pregnant lady struggling inside an auto and the auto didn't seem to start. She asks her driver to stop the car and steps down. The lady's husband pleads Pragya to help his wife. Things get worse as it starts raining. Pragya helps them get to hospital by her car. As soon as they enter the hospital, the lady is taken care of by the hospital staff.
The driver informs that it is raining heavily and it is not safe to drive home now. Pragya tells the driver that they will wait for the rain to stop and then travel back home. She is standing the corridor watching the rain drops slide over the glass pane and suddenly someone collides with her.
"Sorry. I am really sorry"
The girl looks at Pragya and apologizes.
"Thank god. The coffeee didn't spill", the girl murmured.
"Its OK", says Pragya and sees that the girl is struggling with books on one hand and coffee cup on the other hand.
"If you don't mind, give me the books and drink the coffee"
The girl gives the books to Pragya and starts drinking the coffee after thanking Pragya for the help.
Pragya reminisces everything that happened at her birthday party. The girl sees tears in Pragya's eyes. First, she decides to let her be and tries to walk away. But then she comes back and stands beside her for few minutes. She brings Pragya a glass of water and touches her shoulder. Pragya sees the girl and wipes her tears. The girl extends the glass of water and Pragya sees her.
"You seem to be too emotional. Please have this"
Pragya sips water and keeps the glass on a table nearby.
"Nothing will happen to your closed ones. This is the best hospital in the city. Don't worry and trust god.", the girl tells Pragya in an assuring tone. Pragya smiles at the girl's assumption.
"You are here for?", Pragya leaves her sentence incomplete.
"My mom", the replied
"Is your mom fine?", Pragya asks sincerely.
"Yeah. She is fine now. How many times I have told her not to worry about my marriage? She doesn't listen me. She behaves as if getting married is the only major goal of a girl's life and the result is low BP"
"Moms are like that. They worry about their daughter's life. They want their daughters to live in a happy family", Pragya tells the girl remembering her mom.
"Hmm... Let's see what happens. I love my mom so much that I couldn't bear if anything happens to her. That's why I ask her not to get stressed"
The girl smiles and Pragya nods her head.
"Here your books", Pragya gave the girl her books.
"Thank you. I almost forgot these. I wonder how I am going to prepare for my classes. I have to meet the guy too."
Pragya just looks at the girl as she talks
"You are studying?"
"No, I am a Professor. Do I really look that young?"
The girl laughs.
"Professor?"
"Yes I am an English Professor."
"Me too. I mean I was also an English Professor"
"Was? You don't teach now?"
"I left my job after marriage"
"Oh.. But I am sure you miss it"
"Yes, I miss it. I miss teaching. I miss my books. I miss my students. I miss my college. I miss my colleagues. I miss being a professor. I almost miss.."
"yourself", the girl says calmly.
Pragya is surprised.
"Madam, It stopped raining. Shall we go?" asks Pragya's driver.
"OK It's time for me too. See you later", says the girl.
After walking away a few inches, Pragya stops.
"Excuse Me, I forgot to ask your name.", tells Pragya
The girl turns back and replies "My name? It's Pragya"
