Monday June 13 epi She's ready for slaughter
Basically takhil do a great job in framing Pragya for infidelity.
CV's, you created this shy, simple nerdy female lead no man was interested in and now you make her look and behave as if she's a cheat. Script was ruthless. Dadi warned Abhi about someone might propose to her because she has money and she's beautiful. That happens. Pragya dancing with Champak is laughable. All we saw was that look on Praggy's face. Why didn't she refuse? Rachna and Akash walked off the stage. He puts her hand on his shoulder, he's dancing from behind. A lapse in her judgment. Timing of Abhi catching Champak looking at her as Pragya was feeling shy when she heard Abhi will propose ... too much. Pragya walked right into the trap. Pragya was not Pragya today. Her body language, gestures, facial expressions - all worked against her.
Pragya helping that Champak with his suit in the upstairs bathroom was laughable. Why did she even go with a stranger into a bedroom? I guess I should be thankful CV's didn't show her on the bed with him?? Pragya's character was butchered. Perfect set up for the slaughter!!
Tanu lays it out clearly - You cheated on Pragya with me when you were married. Why can't Pragya cheat on you with Champak? She's not me - good answer Abhi. Abhi said and did all the right things. He shut Tanu up. Tanu is absolutely tenacious. Her persistence pays off!! It's impossible to win against her. Takhil's greed for Abhi's wealth is much more than Abhi and Pragya's love of their money!
More than suspicion, I feel Abhi got insecure and jealous. Typical for a guy trying to get a girl. Abhi brushed off Tanu's words, but circumstantial evidence against Pragya is mounting, including Pragya's own choices. Sad, sad.
All I can say is takhil are master manipulators! BTW, the background music for takhil/champak scenes ramps up their evil! Especially the Omen kind of satanic music - really adds to their villainy. They hit Abhi and Pragya at their weakest point - trust. She didn't trust him with the baby truth and maybe he won't trust her now? OK then. They both deserve this! Harsh as it sounds, their own choices have brought this upon themselves. I'd say Abhi and Pragya only have 20% of a normal loving couple's relationship. No way can this delicate relationship stand takhil's onslaught.
Abhi dangled Tanu on Pragya's face and this came back to bite him as the daddy of the wrong baby. Pragya dangled mugambo on Abhi's face and "I'm doing this not for you, for money" way too many times. Mugambo is coming back to bite her.
After 2.5 years, the show has a dark ages theme of infidelity. I think this is about trying to get higher rural trps. Right now the show has higher urban than rural ratings. Maybe that calls for suspecting Pragya. Agni pariksha is always a staple for serials, I guess. Sooo dark ages. Bad epi.
