Also, a character like Abhi is hard to fit in into Kumkum, marriage etc. which they easily do with women. The other male characters are also largely without a POV/purpose..Like Purab, Aakash etc. just go with Pragya/the elderly ladies POVs. There is no other elderly male character in the show other than Tayaji whose role is so much less than even Taiji. They have done a good job in keeping Abhi consistent but the drag is affecting everything big time.

I have no mood to see Tanu as Abhi's wife.
Tabhi divorce etc etc.

I would love memory loss for abhi though.

I think there are soaps women watch for the male actors like Shabir in KKB. So their characters must be important somewhat, right? I'm sure there are a lot of people disappointed Shabir is not getting to do enough.

If a female was cheated by a guy in the story, every scene would be from her angle - anger, crying, sadness, revenge, etc. Here he's not shown from any angles. 😕
