He was so clear he wanted Pragya as his love/wife despite Tannu being preggy. He told Pragya TaBhi won't work out. It feels really wrong and no one will be happy with it.

He was right at many levels. He was right about everything without knowing any truth.

Of course he was not thinking about Tannu and her baby- a family for that baby. But then if he thought he could never be happy with Tannu, there was no way the family could survive in the long term.

Eventually he settled to try compromising on Tannu..as circumstances became more critical.

I like the montage for so many reasons..

First time we have the right montage.

Abhi looking somewhere else and not at her but holding a unberalla for Pragya.
It shows no matter if he is upset on her, he will help her..

Abhi getting wet but holding unberalla for her.
He will protect her at the cost of pain to him..

Pragya silent when Abhi holds unberalla for her and looking at him.
A keeps protecting her and she does nothing except looking on..
