i am confused...what share will alia have in her brother's property? according to the precap...they are worried that alia might go to court and ask about her share...can a sibling claim a share in another sibling wealth and property...??????????????

Did Abhi allocate some wealth to Aaliyah before? I mean it's not too unheard of for people to save property in their relative's names.

I would assume Abhi had some wealth allocated to Aaliyah. He loved her so much. So its not surprising, and she probably is aware of it.

I don't think so !! Becos it's earned by abhi himself !! She can ask for her share if thts their parents property !! Unless abhi named some for her , she can't get any I think..

But our CVS can show anything 😆

If Abhi and Aliya's parents or grandparents had an old house/money in their name, she has a right for her share from that.

Aliya cannot have a "share" in Abhi's property by law. But if he had gifted her some accounts, property, that's different. She may ask for that.

but as far as we know when pragya "got' everything in her name...alia could not get even the money that she had accessed to...so judging from that alia has no share in abh's assets...but as said this is kkb cv's can do anything...I forget sometimes that there is lack of logic in the show...

I haven't seen the epi. Going by your post, Pragya is guessing she may ask for her share. Aliya may not. She may build her own wealth and get competitive with her brother.
