The team of PraDaPu etc.. is good at ruling out the criminals than trying to connect them to the crime.
Before she knew the truth, Pragya had witnessed Nikhil and Tannu on various suspicious circumstances. When she heard Abhi is not the daddy, shouldn't the suspect be the only man she has seen around Tannu aka Nikhil? She didn't doubt him at all initially until he himself came to MM and was seen with Taaliyah. Even there Pragya let go of her suspicion when Nikhil got a new girl to say it is his girlfriend.
So many times they have let go of the treasure in their hands so easily.

If Nikhil was suspected to be the daddy, and he was still letting TaBhi wedding happen, would be come and admit he is the baby daddy just because he has to marry Aaliyah? Or if he has another girl friend, does that rule him out from being Tannu's baby daddy? No idea how Pragya ruled Nikhil out.
And of course we still have TaKhil going on with their plans.
And here the team goes again. Tannu and her army had come to the studio near MALWANI station where Pragya and Purab designed a trap for Tannu. Pragya saw someone kindapped at that location too. Pragya's students told her that her Maa was dropped near MALWANI station. And then Sarla Maa spelled it out that she was near MALWANI shop when she called Abhi. And then Abhi read out that MALWANI shop board when they reached that place. Pragya also found Maa's neck piece near there.
And then Pragya thinks the accident did not happen in the same place where Tannu went the previous night. So, Tannu is still a marginal suspect on whom they need to keep an eye but not the prime suspect who should be investigated or complained to police about actively.
And what even is this- the team trying to "judge" Tannu's expressions about how she reacted to Sarla Maa. Isn't this the same Tannu who fooled Pragya to believe she is pregnant with Abhi's baby and how she made her get her into MM. Isn't it the same Tannu who called Sarla Maa about BB eloping and caused her heart attack. Haven't they understood yet what a player Tannu is?
What's the point in Pragya asking Abhi to have tight security for MM when one of the suspects is a "member" of the family who happens to be Abhi's fiancee?
I don't know why Pragya does not tell anything about Tannu to Abhi. Of course she wants to maintain her cover. But would Abhi not take a clue against Tannu if the whole team told him some truth? After all, he is treating Sarla Maa as his own mother here. If Abhi thinks Tannu as suspect at least she won't be allowed around Sarla Maa while she currently has full access to Sarla Maa's room being Abhi's fiancee!
No wonder this team hurt itself more than the enemies all this while. They have so much money, why not hire some able people to do the job?
