She is shown holding her tummy regularly from last few epis. Though I know her tummy is showing but few people in this forum have their own doubts.
But by showing her holding her stomach all the time director does want to pass on the message that tummy is showing.(We did not see tanu holding her stomach in last 9 months so frequently.)
Anyways, are creatives not aware about the abortion time limits in India. She just can't go for abortion after completing 12 weeks on her own and she will need medical reasons after that til 20 weeks, and she has none in her case.
I'm sure Tanu's gyenc would have explained it to her.
So please, either ask tanu's character to remove all those padding underneath and touching her stomach all the time or stop giving abortion threats that she has been giving from last 9-10 months.
At least show some basic sense.
