I don't think Abhigya are officially divorced. When Abhigya applied divorce through mutual consent they were married for less than a year so they had to wait for completion of a year. Even after a year they need to be separated for 6 months but Pragya came back to live with abhi after a month or so. So as of now Abhigya are married and divorce is in process and Pragya can take it back as she was the one who applied for it.
