Nikhil and Tanu are Aliens in disguise.. we exactly dont knw how his sperm and her egg works.. So the reproduction cycle is unknown.. until we knw their species we cant get to determine or even estimate the birth of baby Alien..

Or if they are 2 different species then it'll take time for the new species to come into this world.. 😆😆

KKB land works on a different clock. 2 years= 1 year in KKB. Holidays can happen twice before a new year. Preegnancy lasts double time. Exposure takes twice the time.
