If wife or someone got papers signed by dhoka/cheating, then the other party has to prove the cheating. If the cheating part is not proved, they cannot be punished by law. Sometimes such things happen in real estate dealings. Buyer tries to influence seller with alcohol to negotiate prices or replace property documents with different addresses. If that happens, the seller has to prove buyer's intent to cheat!! I saw this happen when my family was selling properties.
In this show, they made everything confusing. To me at least its confusing! What did Abhi sign when Pragya was leaving? Just divorce papers? Or property papers? Honestly, I've moved on now. I stopped thinking about that. But I would like to know if they are divorced or married.
